Ingredients: Epsom salts (Magnesium sulphate), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita ), rose petals (Rosa centifolia), calendula (Calendula officinalis), oats (Avena sativa), lavender and rose geranium essential oils.
Create your soul soak ritual
o Fill the bath with water at a temperature that feels most nourishing to you.
o Set up your sacred space around the bath. You may like to use candles, incense, soothing music, crystals etc.
o Take a moment to create a personal intention for your soak. Close your eyes and acknowledge that this time is for caring for you. Connect with your intention and take your time to mindfully pour the crystals and botanicals into the bath water.
