Please order carefully. Lulujoy don't offer exchanges on products that were, for whatever reason, incorrectly ordered, it is at our discretion.

Lulujoy will not accept cancellations of orders.

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your order please contact Lulujoy within 5 business days of delivery. We will assess the item and if appropriate will provide a replacement where possible or exchange for store credit.

Under no circumstances will give cash refunds. At no time can store credit be exchanged for cash.
